甘精胰岛素注射液联合格列美脲片对2型糖尿病患者血糖达标率的影响

Effect of glycyrrhizin insulin injection combined with glimepiride tablets on the standard rate of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨甘精胰岛素注射液联合格列美脲片对2型糖尿病患者血糖达标率的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年3月本院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予格列美脲片治疗,治疗12周后,比较两组血糖达标率和空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平。结果治疗12周后,观察组血糖达标率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各生化指标均改善,观察组FPG(5.62±1.24)mmol/L、2 h PG(7.89±2.14)mmol/L、HbAlc(6.27±0.86)%、SBP(128.83±8.32)mmHg、DBP(77.93±5.71)mmHg和HOMA-IR(3.82±0.59)水平均低于对照组(7.23±1.86)mmol/L、(9.62±1.73)mmol/L、(7.09±1.24)%、(139.26±9.10)mmHg、(82.14±9.02)mmHg、(4.68±0.33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者采用甘精胰岛素注射液联合格列美脲片治疗可降低血压和胰岛素抵抗,控制血糖效果高于单一使用甘精胰岛素注射液治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of insulin glycyrrhizin injection combined with glimepiride tablets on the standard rate of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from April 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glycyrrhizin insulin.The observation group was treated with glimepiride tablets on this basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the blood glucose reaching standard rate,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),systolic blood pressure(SBP),shu tension pressure(DBP)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)levels were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the rate of blood glucose in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the biochemical indexes of the two groups were improved,FPG(5.62±1.24)mmol/L,2 h PG(7.89±2.14)mmol/L,HbAlc(6.27±0.86)%,SBP(128.83±8.32)mmHg,DBP(77.93±5.71)mmHg and the levels of HOMA-IR(3.82±0.59)were significantly lower than those in the control group(7.23±1.86)mmol/L,(9.62±1.73)mmol/L,(7.09±1.24)%and(139.26±9.10)mmHg,(82.14±9.02)mmHg,(4.68±0.33),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glycyrrhizin insulin injection combined with glimepiride tablets can reduce blood pressure and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the effect of controlling blood glucose is higher than that of glycyrrhizin insulin injection alone.
