This paper took pesticide formulation process as the starting point,and discussed the major considerations of pesticide production license review from the aspects of early preparation,application acceptance,and license review and approval.The pesticide enterprise was guided to carry out the technical innovations on pesticide formulations,with the aims of making pesticide formulations less,effective,green and high precision,under the guidance of the new pesticide safety management.
