摘要
以N-甲基苯胺、光气为原料酰化合成N-甲基-N-苯基氨基甲酰氯,再和氯气反应,氯化合成N-氯甲基-N-苯基氨基甲酰氯,它与丁丙硫脲缩合生成噻嗪酮,含量98%以上,以N-甲基苯胺计,总收率78.6%。该工艺反应条件温和,工艺清洁,产品质量好,收率高,生产成本低,适合于工业化生产。
N-methyl-n-phenyl carbamoyl chloride,synthesized by acylation of n-methylaniline and phosgene,reacted with chlorine gas to produce n-chloromethyl-n-phenyl carbamoyl chloride.The total yield was 78.6%.The process is clean,high-quality,with high yield rate and low production cost under mild reaction conditions,which is suitable for industrial-scale production.
