Design of Coordinate Palletizing Equipment

为了实现机械化作业替代人工作业,保证热水器产品堆放整齐与安全,文中采用机械夹持装置替代人工作业,机械夹持板夹具能自动完成夹紧和松开产品,确保产品移动过程不跌落。采用机械搬运机构替代人工搬运,设备由机械臂和转动盘组成,设备具备三维(X向、Y向、Z向)自动往复移动和位置校正功能,具备300°往复自动旋转和角度微调功能。坐标式码垛设备实现自动搬运和自动码垛作业,达到节省人工、产品堆放合规、提高仓储量的效果,避免产品搬运中跌落和报废,降低了制造成本。

In order to realize mechanized operation instead of manual operation and ensure the orderly and safe stacking of water heater products,in this study,the mechanical clamping device is used instead of manual work and the mechanical clamping plate can automatically clamp and loosen the product to ensure that the product does not fall during the moving process.Mechanical handling mechanism is used instead of manual handling.The equipment is composed of a mechanical arm and a rotating disk.The equipment has three-dimensional(X-direction,Y-direction and Z-direction)automatic reciprocating movement and position correction functions and 300°reciprocating automatic rotation and angle micro carving functions.Coordinate palletizing equipment realizes automatic handling and palletizing operation,achieves the effect of labor-saving and product stacking compliance,improving warehouse storage,avoiding falling and scrapping during product handling,and reducing manufacturing cost.
