变速箱轴承座强度与疲劳分析及结构改进

摘要 防止断裂是轴承座零件设计成败的关键。基于ABAQUS有限元软件对轴承座进行静力学应力强度和疲劳寿命分析,找出断裂部位和破坏机理,对零件进行结构改进得到合理的零件结构。分析显示采用合理的结构,最终获得了合格的产品。通过数值模拟结果和产品试制结果对比表明,数值模拟计算和试制产品结果基本一致,试制结果表明,零件结构设计合理,为类似零件设计提供了一种可供参考的设计新思路和新方法。 Cracking control is the key to the success of bearing seat parts design.Based on ABAQUS finite element software,the bearing seat is analyzed for static stress strength and fatigue life,the fracture position and failure mechanism are found out,and the part structure is improved to obtain reasonable part structure.The analysis shows that the qualified product can be obtained by using reasonable structure.By comparing the numerical simulation results with the trial production results,it is shown that the results of numerical simulation calculation and trial production are basically the same.The trial production results show that the part structure design is reasonable,which provides a new design idea and method for similar part design.
