As a famous scholar,Prof.Chen Shouzhu expressed his consciousness of academic school,which is an important point of view on the development of Contemporary Chinese academic.That means it had better to organize“State Team”in academic research and exchange in some field just like dramatic theory.It is necessary for Chinese academic field,but nearly nobody knows it as well as Prof.Chen.Chen’s practice in academic showed that he was a great leader for his academic school,with his comprehensive manner,and his well designed academic management.
