摘要
为了验证电路参数设计是否满足要求,往往需要进行最坏情况分析等容差分析。以电阻分压电路为例,对最坏情况分析方法的直接代入法和线性展开法进行了介绍和比较,给出了常用函数的基于线性展开法的误差公式,并运用微分学知识给出了线性展开法公式推导过程,对线性展开法的适用范围和产生偏差的原因进行了分析。提供了线性展开法完善的方案,解决了电路参数设计验证存在的问题。
In order to verify whether the circuit parameter design meets the requirements,it is often necessary to carry out the worst-case analysis of equal tolerance.Tacking the resistance divider circuit as an example,the direct substitution method and the linear expansion method for the worst-case analysis method are introduced and compared.In this paper,the error formulas of the linear expansion method is given by using the knowledge of differential calculus.The solution to the problem of the verification of circuit parameter design is provided.
