摘要
微波消解技术适用于大多数试验样品的前处理步骤,其简单快速的操作逐渐替代了手动溶解(熔融)样品的步骤。本次试验利用微波消解将铁矿石进行前处理,再利用硫酸和硼酸降低钛和氟在滴定过程中对结果的影响,最后用梅特勒DP5光度电极,用磺基水杨酸做指示剂对矿石中全铁含量进行滴定。利用标准样品和三氯化钛还原法对微波消解-电位滴定法结果进行验证,结果显示微波消解-电位滴定法稳定准确,可以用于检测铁矿石中铁的含量。
Microwave digestion technology is suitable for the pretreatment steps of most test samples,and its simple and fast operation gradually replaces the step of manually dissolving(melting)samples.This experiment uses microwave digestion to pre-treat the iron ore,and then uses sulfuric acid and boric acid to reduce the influence of titanium and fluorine on the results during the titration process.Finally,Mettler DP5 photometric electrode and sulfosalicylic acid are used as indicator titrate the total iron content in the ore.The results of microwave digestion-potentiometric titration are verified using standard samples and titanium trichloride reduction method.The results show that microwave digestion-potentiometric titration is stable and accurate,and could be used to detect iron content in iron ore.
