摘要
为了探究高效液相色谱法测定饲料和饲料添加剂中的维生素B12的情况,本文使用高效液相色谱仪、色谱柱、维生素B12的对照品、维生素B12、磷酸、甲醇和超纯水展开试验,试验从填充剂、流动相、检测波长、流速、进样量和柱温6个角度对色谱条件进行限定。结果显示,按照设定的试验流程,可以顺利获得饲料和饲料添加剂中的维生素B12的含量。相较于经典液相色谱法,高效液相色谱法的使用范围更加广阔,在分离和分析沸点高、热稳定性水平差、相对分子质量大的有机化合物以及多种离子的试验中,具有良好的效果。
In order to explore the determination of vitamin B12 in feed and feed additives by HPLC,this paper uses HPLC,chromatography column,vitamin B12 reference substance,vitamin B12,phosphoric acid,methanol and ultrapure water to carry out experiment.The limitation of the chromatographic conditions in the experiment starts from the six angles of filler,mobile phase,detection wavelength,flow rate,injection volume and column temperature.The results show that according to the set test procedure,the results of the measurement of vitamin B12 content in feed and feed additives can be obtained smoothly.Compared with classic liquid chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography has a wider range of applications.It has a good performance in separating and analyzing organic compounds with high boiling point,poor thermal stability,high relative molecular mass and various ions.
