板蓝根颗粒中需氧菌总数检验能力验证试验分析

Experimental Analysis of the Ability to Verify the Total Aerobic Bacteria in Radix Isatidis Particles

为了对板蓝根颗粒中需氧菌总数检验能力展开验证试验,探索提升实验室检验人员检测水平及技能的有效方法。本文选取板蓝根颗粒需氧菌总数能力验证样品、大肠埃希菌定量菌株,依照盲样作业指导书要求对样品实施前处理,根据《中华人民共和国药典》进行检验,了解微生物的检出情况,并对样品检测结果进行评价。结果显示,用移液枪移取、添加1%2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑(TTC)、重复检测多个平行样本能够获得更准确的检测结果。本次能力验证结果理想,可为后期实验室检测实际样品提供参考。

In order to carry out a verification test on the total number of aerobic bacteria in radix isatidis particles,and explore effective methods to improve the detection level and skills of laboratory inspectors.This paper selecte the proficiency test samples of the total number of aerobic bacteria of radix isatidis particles and the quantitative strains of escherichia coli.The samples are pre-processed according to the requirements of the blind sample operation instruction,and tested according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China to understand the detection of microorganisms and evaluate the sample test results.The results show that pipetting with a pipette,adding 1%TTC,and repeating multiple parallel samples can obtain more accurate detection results.The results of this proficiency test are ideal and can provide a reference for later laboratory testing of actual samples.
