摘要
本文建立了测定化妆品中1,2-己二醇含量的气相色谱法,采用气相色谱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,根据保留时间定性,峰面积定量,以标准曲线法计算含量。1,2-己二醇在100~4000 mg/L与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.999。取样量为1 g时,方法检出限为100 mg/L,该方法对化妆品中1,2-己二醇测定的加标回收率为100.2%,重复性相对标准偏差为0.5%,结果表明该检测方法适用于化妆品中1,2-己二醇含量的测定。
This paper establishes a gas chromatography method to determine the content of 1,2-hexanediol in cosmetics,using gas chromatography for separation,hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection,qualitatively based on retention time,quantitatively based on peak area,and calculating content using standard curve method.1,2-hexanediol shows a good linear relationship with the peak area at 100—4000 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient R2=0.999.When the sampling volume is 1 g,the detection limit of the method is 100 mg/L.The recovery rate of this method for the determination of 1,2-hexanediol in cosmetics is 100.2%,and the repeatability relative standard deviation is 0.5%,the results show that the detection method is suitable for the determination of 1,2-hexanediol content in cosmetics.
