3 mm混合缩分机精密度测定和偏倚试验

Precision Measurement and Bias Test of 3 mm Hybrid Shrinkage Machine

本文提出一种对3 mm机械混合缩分机的评定方案,依据GB/T 474—2008《煤样的制备方法》对试验煤样进行制备,依据GB/T 19494.3—2004《煤炭机械化采样第3部分:精密度测定和偏倚试验》,对3 mm混合缩分机进行精密度测定和偏倚试验。试验结果表明,精密度符合要求且没有偏倚,该缩分机的性能满足煤样制备的相关要求。

This paper proposes an evaluation plan for the 3 mm mechanical mixing reduction machine,according to GB/T 474—2008"Coal Sample Preparation Method"[1]to prepare test coal samples,according to GB/T 19494.3—2004"Mechanized Coal Sampling"Part 3:Precision Measurement and Bias Test"[2]to perform precision measurement and bias test on 3 mm hybrid reduction machine.The experimental results show that the precision meets the requirements without bias,and the performance of the scaler meets the relevant requirements of coal sample preparation.
