本文针对血清淀粉酶(AMY)的不确定度进行评估,将血清AMY催化活性浓度作为参考值,分别采用蒙特卡罗法(MCM)与不确定度评定方式(GUF)对各成分进行测量,旨在促进血液化验工作的质量与效率,希望为相关研究人员提供参考。

This paper focuses on evaluating the uncertainty of serum amylase(AMY).The serum AMY catalytic activity concentration is used as a reference value.Monte carlo method(MCM)and uncertainty evaluation method(GUF)are used to measure each component.It aims to promote the quality and efficiency of blood laboratory work and hopes to provide reference for related researchers.
