随着对外贸易的不断深入,我国出口经济得到了迅猛发展。出境动物及其产品作为重要的贸易交互类型,具有一定的风险性。各国在动物及其产品贸易过程中,为了保护本国的生态以及农林牧渔业的安全,都会实行严格的安全和疫病检验。基于此,本文通过对相关概念的分析,指出出境动物及其产品在风险管理中的问题,并且提出相应的对策和建议,希望给相关人员提供借鉴。

With the deepening of foreign trade,Chinese export economy has also been rapid development.As an important type of trade interaction,outbound animals and their products have certain risks.In order to protect their own ecology and the safety of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,countries will carry out strict safety and epidemic disease tests in the trade of animals and their products.Based on this,this paper points out the problems of outbound animals and their products in risk management through the analysis of relevant concepts,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
