摘要
在当前的食品检测工作中,微生物检测是重中之重,为了获得更为精准的食品安全检测结果,多种食品检测技术在不断发展,本文主要对核酸探针检测技术进行分析,此项技术能够在短时间内找到食品内部存在的有毒物质,通过对该技术的应用分析,希望为更多食品检测工作提供参考建议。
In the current food testing work,the focus should be on microbiological testing.In order to obtain more accurate food safety testing results,a variety of food testing technologies have emerged.This paper mainly analyzes nucleic acid probe detection technology.This technology can find toxic substances in food in a short time.Through the application analysis of this technology,it hopes to provide reference suggestions for more food testing work.
