摘要
介绍了中铜东南铜业冶炼烟气制酸装置试生产情况。技术人员对净化工序一级高效洗涤器出口烟气超温、电机浪涌保护、风机保护停机、转化工序SO2浓度受限、离子液脱硫、臭氧脱硝等问题进行逐个梳理分析,提出可实施的解决方案。经技术改造后,该制酸装置问题基本得到解决。
The trial production of the smelting flue gas sulphuric acid plant of China Copper Southeast Copper is introduced.The author combed and analyzed the problems of over-temperature of flue gas at the outlet of the first-level high-efficiency scrubber in the purification process,motor surge protection,fan protection shutdown,limited SO2 concentration in the conversion process,ionic liquid desulphurization,ozone denitration and other problems,and put forward feasible solutions.After technical transformation,the problem of the acid plant was basically solved.
