The application of a new type of zinc oxide desulphurization flue gas treatment system in smelting flue gas treatment is introduced.The flue gas treatment system uses the zinc oxide fume produced by the flue gas furnace as the desulphurizing agent to perform two-stage desulphurization of the smelting flue gas.The temperature of flue gas at outlet is less than 40℃,the concentration of SO2 is less than 100 mg/m3,acid mist is less than 10 mg/m3.The flue gas desulphurization system solves the problem of scaling and blockage caused by insufficient stirring of the solid-containing desulphurization liquid circulation tank.It can effectively remove SO2 from the flue gas and reduce the particulate matter,acid mist and aerosol in the external exhaust flue gas,reducing the consumption of new process water.The new type of zinc oxide desulphurization flue gas treatment system is suitable for zinc smelters and lead-zinc joint enterprises.
