摘要
利用ANSYS-Fluent软件,模拟格子挡墙和弓形挡墙的焚硫炉内温度场、流场分布,探讨2种不同挡墙对焚硫炉的影响。相较于格子挡墙,烟气通过弓形挡墙后速度、温度、SO2浓度的分布更加均匀;硫磺燃烧更加充分,焚硫炉的空间利用率更高,出口SO2浓度也更高。弓形挡墙较适用于硫磺制酸装置焚硫炉。
Using ANSYS-Fluent software,simulate the temperature field and flow field distribution in the sulphur incinerator of the lattice retaining wall and the bow-shaped retaining wall,and discuss the influence of two different retaining walls on the sulphur incinerator.Compared with the lattice retaining wall,the velocity,temperature,and SO2 concentration of the flue gas after passing through the arcuate retaining wall are more evenly distributed;sulphur is burned more fully,the space utilization rate of the sulphur incinerator is higher,and the outlet SO2 concentration is also higher.The bow-shaped retaining wall is more suitable for the sulphur incinerator of the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.
