摘要
介绍了云南三环中化化肥有限公司尾气脱硫塔的工艺流程和运行情况。针对脱硫塔阻力不断上升的问题,技术人员将填料冲洗水改为锅炉排污水,采用低浓度盐酸对填料进行循环酸洗。清洗后,系统阻力由最高时4.60 kPa降至3.20 kPa左右。系统阻力降低后,风机运行费用可降低30.6万元/a。
The process flow and operation of the tail gas desulphurization tower of Yunnan Sanhuan Sinchem Co.,Ltd.are described.In response to the problem of increasing resistance of the desulphurization tower,the technicians changed the packing flushing water to boiler blowdown water,and used low-concentration hydrochloric acid to cyclically pickle the packing.After cleaning,the system resistance dropped from 4.60 kPa at the highest point to about 3.20 kPa.After the system resistance is reduced,the fan operating cost can be reduced by 306,000 yuan/a.
