XG295NH耐候钢丝退火过程增碳原因分析

摘要 XG295NH耐候钢丝在退火过程中出现了整炉物料增碳现象,采用Lecai显微镜观察金相组织后,对可能造成增碳的热轧钢丝原始组织、退火设施及工艺运行、材料表面状态进行了原因查找和分析,并对引起组织增碳的机理进行探讨。结果表明,XG295NH耐候钢丝增碳是由材料表层氧化铁皮经过退火后的渗碳作用造成的。 XG295NH weathering steel wire showed carbonization during annealing process.After observing microstructure with Lecai microscope,original structure of hot-rolled steel wire that may cause carburization,annealing facility and process operation,surface state of material were searched and analyzed,mechanism that caused carbonization was discussed.The results show that carbonization of XG295NH weathering steel wire is due to carburization caused by annealing of residual iron oxide on surface of material.
