摘要
沪苏通长江大桥作为目前世界上最大跨度公铁两用斜拉桥,斜拉索使用的钢丝为2000 MPa级Ф7.0 mm锌铝合金镀层钢丝,为国际首创,技术指标高、制作难度大。通过采用2000 MPa级Ф7.0 mm锌铝合金新产品的科研试制-投产鉴定-小批量生产的投产验收-大批量生产的质量管控模式,使新产品满足质量要求,为后续大跨径、高强度、耐久性斜拉索的研发与应用提供参考。
Shanghai Sutong bridge as the largest span cable-stayed bridge for both railway and highway in the world,steel wire used for stay cables is 2000 MPa grade diameter 7.0 mm zinc aluminum alloy coated steel wire,which is the first of its kind in the world,technical index is high and production difficulty is big.The quality control mode of new product of 2000 MPa grade diameter 7.0 mm zinc aluminum alloy was developed and put into scientific research trial production,production appraisal,production acceptance of small batch production and mass production,the new products can be applied to cables on premise of satisfying quality requirements,providing reference for development and application of following long-span,high-strength and durable cables.
