20Cr与Q460C异种钢焊接工艺研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 研究20Cr与Q460C异种钢的焊接工艺,选取ER55-G直径1.2 mm实心焊丝焊接材料,选择体积分数80%Ar+20%CO 2富氩混合气作为保护气体。焊前预热层间温度控制在175~250℃,打底焊和盖面选取不同的电压、电流、焊接速度、焊接线能等焊接工艺参数,并采用焊后缓冷。焊后检测结果:2个焊接接头拉板的抗拉强度分别达到583 MPa和571 MPa,断裂位置均在Q460C母材上;抗拉强度均大于Q460C的标准最低抗拉强度,焊接硬度、焊接头冲击功等各项力学性能指标及表面质量均满足标准要求,获得了优良的异种钢焊接接头。 To research welding process between 20Cr and Q460C diasimilar steel,ER55-G diameter 1.2 mm solid welding wire is selected as welding material and 80%Ar adding 20%CO 2 rich argon mixture is selected as shielding gas.The preheating temperature between layers should be controlled 175~250℃before welding,different welding parameters such as voltage,current,welding speed and welding line energy should be selected for backing welding and covering surface,and slow cooling after welding is adopted.Inspection results after welding are as follows,the tensile strength of two welded joint tensile plates reaches 583 MPa and 571 MPa respectively,fracture positions are all on base metal Q460C,tensile strength is higher than Q460C standard minimum tensile strength,the welding hardness,impact energy of welding joint and other mechanical properties and surface quality meet standard requirements,and excellent dissimilar steel welded joints are obtained.
