装配式建筑与传统建筑成本对比研究——以苏州某住宅楼为例

Comparative Study on the Cost of Prefabricated Building andConventional Building—— Case study of a residential building in Suzhou

中国正处于装配式建筑的发展与探索阶段,装配式建筑具有减少耗材、节约劳动力、提高效率等优点。为进一步了解装配式建设工程相比于传统现浇建设工程成本的差异,本文以苏州某住宅楼项目装配式建设项目和传统建筑项目为例,通过分解其工程成本组成,指出当前制约装配式建设工程发展的因素,对苏州市装配式建筑市场情况做出较为准确的描述并给出装配式建筑可持续发展的建议,以期用于政策制定和企业发展的参考。

China is in the development and exploration phase of the prefabricated building,which has the advantages of reducing consumables,saving labor,improving efficiency and so on.In order to further understand the difference of the project cost,this paper takes the comparison of prefabricated building with traditional building in Suzhou as an example.By decomposing the composition of the project cost,the paper points out the factors restricting the development of prefabricated building and gives a more accurate description of the market situation of Suzhou prefabricated building,and makes some suggestions on the sustainable development of prefabricated building,which could provide reference for policy-making and enterprise development.
