摘要
在葡萄酒行业不断发展的背景下,葡萄酒酿造质量安全也受到人们的高度重视。但是葡萄酒酿造过程可能会受到原料和加工过程的影响,造成葡萄酒出现质量问题。基于此,应该从技术和标准两方面加强葡萄酒质量安全管理。从原材料和加工过程入手,对各项质量问题进行全面优化,保障葡萄酒酿造质量安全,满足葡萄酒行业安全发展要求。
Under the condition of continuous development of wine industry,people attach great importance to the quality and safety of wine brewing.However,in the wine brewing process,it may be affected by the raw materials and processing process,resulting in quality problems of the wine.Based on this,wine quality and safety management should be strengthened from two aspects of technology and standard.Starting from the raw materials and processing process,the quality problems are comprehensively optimized.To better ensure the quality and safety of wine brewing and meet the safety development requirements of wine industry.
