摘要
食品生产经营企业在食品安全方面面临的风险按照其识别来源可分为内部风险和外部风险。跟踪收集食品企业食品安全风险相关数据,并利用大数据技术对其进行综合应用分析,是食品企业识别其外部食品安全风险的有效途径之一。本文主要介绍了基于大数据的识别食品安全风险的基本方法和途径。
The risks faced by food production and management enterprises in food safety can be divided into internal risk and external risk according to their identified sources.It is one of the effective ways for food enterprises to identify their external food safety risks by tracking and collecting all kinds of food safety data related to food safety risks and using big data technology to carry out comprehensive application analysis.This paper mainly introduces the basic methods and approaches of food safety risk identification based on big data.
