Study on Influencing Factors and Control Strategies of Food Microbiological Testing

本文在分析食品微生物检验重要意义和方法的基础上,重点分析了影响食品微生物检验的因素,并结合目前我国食品微生物检验方式和具体要求,提出有效控制食品微生物检验效果的策略,以期为提升食品微生物检验精度和灵敏度提供参考。

Through the analysis of the significance and methods of food microbiological inspection,the influencing factors of food microbiological inspection were emphatically analyzed.Combined with the current mode and specific requirements of food microbiological inspection in China,the strategy of effective control of food microbiological inspection effect was proposed,in order to provide reference for improving the accuracy and sensitivity of food microbiological inspection.
