摘要
近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及科学技术水平的不断提高,人们的生活质量也随之提高,食品安全问题开始得到社会各界人士的广泛关注。PCR技术拥有检测迅速以及灵敏度高的优势,因此被广泛应用于食品检测工作中,可对食物中的病菌进行快速检测,从而保障食品安全。本文研究了PCR技术在食品检测中的应用。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy and the continuous improvement of science and technology level,people’s quality of life is also rise,food safety issues began to be widely concerned by people from all walks of life.PCR technology has the advantages of rapid detection and easy perception,so it is widely used in food detection,which can quickly lock the pathogens in food,so as to ensure the safety of food.This paper studies the application of PCR technology in food detection.
