Research Progress on the Relationship Between Food Environment and Adolescent Obesity

食物环境是指食物的可及性、可负担性及便利性等。本文从国内外食物环境和青少年肥胖现状、个人食物环境及外部食物环境方面寻找青少年肥胖的原因,试图梳理食物环境与青少年肥胖的关系,并总结预防、干预措施,为儿童青少年肥胖的深入研究提供线索。

Food environment refers to the accessibility,afford ability and convenience of food.This paper tries to find out the causes of adolescent obesity from the aspects of food environment at home and abroad,the status quo of adolescent obesity,personal food environment and external food environment,trying to sort out the relationship between food environment and adolescent obesity,and summarize prevention and intervention measures,so as to provide clues for the indepth study of childhood and adolescent obesity.
