摘要
近年来,随着互联网和电子商务的快速发展,网络订餐这一新的餐饮方式因方便、快捷、灵活,越来越受人们的青睐,并呈井喷式发展。但同时,网络订餐与传统的线下餐饮消费相比有很大的不同,消费者没有直接在经营场所接触和体验餐饮服务企业,而是通过网络平台交易、配送完成消费。网络订餐的虚拟性、隐蔽性、跨区域性及配送等环节的增加,也带来了一系列新的食品安全问题和监管挑战。食品安全事关百姓的身体健康,相关部门必须加以重视,加强监管。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce,online ordering,a new way of catering,has become more and more popular because of its convenience,speed and flexibility,and has attracted a spurt of development.Meanwhile,online ordering is very different from traditional consumption.Consumers do not need to visit the restaurant,only use online platforms to order and retrieve food instead.The virtuality,concealment,and cross-regional nature of online ordering,as well as the delivery,have brought a series of new food safety issues and regulatory challenges.Food safety concerns the health of the people,and relevant departments must pay attention to it and strengthen supervision.
