摘要
本文通过条件优化,建立一种毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪联用(CE-ICP-MS)分析稻谷中4种不同形态砷化合物的方法。该方法能简单高效地从稻谷中分离出不同形态的砷化合物,回收率在87%~105%,RSD小于5%。本法灵敏度高、样品消耗量少、稳定性好,可用于稻谷样品中不同形态砷化合物的分析。
The article established a capillary electrophoresis coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(CE-ICP-MS)method for the detection of four different forms arsenic compounds in paddy.Different forms of arsenic compounds can be simply and efficiently extracted from paddy without changing their forms,the recovery was between 87%and 105%,RSD was less than 5%.The extraction method established in this experiment is effective,The method has high sensitivity,less sample usage and strong resistance to complex matrix,and can be used for the speciation analysis of arsenic in paddy samples.
