摘要
本文对6种植物源性食品中富含的花青素的定性检测进行了深入研究,从食品中水解提取花青素,使用高效液相进行分离,用质谱仪进行定性分析,进行了检测方法的优化。
In this paper,the qualitative detection of anthocyanins in six kinds of plant-derived foods was deeply studied.Anthocyanins were extracted by hydrolysis from food,separated by high performance liquid chromatography,and qualitatively analyzed by mass spectrometer,and the detection method was optimized.
