广州市有害垃圾分类收集处置现状与对策研究

Status and management countermeasures of hazardous waste collection, transportation and disposal in Guangzhou city

分析近几年广州市生活垃圾中的有害垃圾管理、分类收集、贮存与处置现状,剖析广州市有害垃圾全流程管理存在的问题,从落实生产者责任延伸制度、修订有害垃圾收集细目、加强宣传教育与经费投入、用地规划等方面提出了建议与对策,为其他城市开展有害垃圾的分类收集与处置提供有益的借鉴。

The paper analyzed the status and the prolems of hazardous waste management,classified collection,storage and disposal in Guangzhou in recent years.The suggestions and management countermeasures were put forward from the extended producer responsibility system,revising the collection details of hazardous waste,strengthening publicity and education,funding,land use planning,etc,which can provide useful reference for other cities to carry out classified collection and disposal of hazardous waste.
