摘要
对立式多级丙烷、轻烃输转泵常见故障进行了阐述和分析,进而结合具体案例有针对性给出增加主轴轴端径向支撑点、缩短泵轴及壳体延长段长度、在机封处增加防抽空压盖和增设设备出口低流量保护器等故障处置措施,最后通过实际运行效果验证了措施的可行性和有效性。
The common faults of the vertical multistage propane and light hydrocarbon transfer pumps were described and analyzed in this paper.And these steps such as increasing the radial support point of the spindle shaft,shortening the length of the pump shaft and shell extension section,adding anti-pumping pressure cover at the machine seal and adding the equipment outlet low flow protector were taken measures to the pumps.Finally the feasibility and availability of the measures were verified by the actual operation results.
