摘要
数控铣削加工中,高速加工主轴转速和进给速度要远大于传统加工方式,并且获得的零件表面质量及刀具性能的发挥也要优于传统加工。通常,以切削参数作为切入点分析刀具受力情况,从而对两种加工方式的优劣进行对比。以两种加工方式的刀路轨迹作为分析视角,得出刀路轨迹对刀具受力情况的影响。以型腔加工为例,在加工参数基本相同的情况下,运用Mastercam软件生成高速加工刀路轨迹,CAXA制造工程师软件生成传统加工刀路轨迹,通过分析计算得出在不同时间段刀具的受力情况,进而对两种加工方法进行对比,得出结论。
In NC milling,the speed of spindle and feed in high-speed machining is higher than that in traditional machining,and the surface quality of the parts and the performance of the cutting tools are better than those of traditional machining.In general,the cutting parameters are used as the starting point to analyze the forces on the cutting tools,so as to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two machining methods.In this paper,the tool path path of two machining methods is taken as the analysis perspective,and the influence of the tool path path on the stress of the tool is obtained.In the case of cavity machining,the machining parameters are basically the same,using Mastercam software to generate high-speed machining tool path,CAXA Manufacturing Engineer Software to generate traditional machining tool path,through the analysis and calculation,the stress of the cutting tool in different time period is obtained,and then the two machining methods are compared as conclusion.
