当前,由于经济发展和产业结构升级、高等教育规模扩张、高职教育的国际化发展、高职教育布局结构的不均衡、高职学生的个体差异、高职院校的多样化和层次性等六个方面的因素,我国高职人才培养模式趋于多元化。

Now the talents cultivation mode for higher vocational education tends to be diversified in our country for the following reasons like economic development with upgrade of industrial structures,scale expansion of higher education,internationalization,the imbalance of layout structure of education,individual differences of students as well as diversity and hierarchy of colleges.
