智慧财经人才培养模式的创新研究

Research on Innovation of Talent Training Mode of Intelligent Finance and Economics

当今社会,智慧财经既是财经产业和财经专业人才的初始供给侧,也是一项影响深远、涉及面广的国家战略。目前对新产业新业态构造的人才供给创新功能严重缺失,对建立国际财经新秩序人才培养的战略性功能严重缺位等问题,推进财经教育深化供给侧改革,实现产教结构性融合是解决这些矛盾的唯一出路。因此,智慧财经人才培养是目前急需解决的问题。重点提出智慧财经人才培养模式的创新,建立以财经管理型人才为核心的人才培养路径,研究高等职业院校财经人才培养模式,探索智慧财经人才成长的改革实践之路。

Smart Finance is not only the initial supply side of financial industry and financial professionals,but also a far-reaching and extensive national strategy.At present,the innovative function of talent supplies for new industries and new business structures is seriously lacking as well as the strategic function of personnel training for establishing a new international financial and economic order.Promoting financial and economic education,deepening supply-side reform,and realizing the structural integration of Industry and education are the only way to resolve these contradictions.Therefore,the cultivation of intelligent financial and economic talents is an urgent problem to be solved,this paper puts forward innovative training mode of intelligent finance and economics,establishes the training path of financial and economic management talents as the core,studies the training mode of financial and economic talents in higher vocational colleges and explores the way of reform for the growth of intelligent financial and economic talents.
