摘要
文章阐述了中国国产首台双护盾TBM在兰州水源地工程遇不良地质地段的处理情况。根据围岩状况及设备性能,分析比较了TBM后退人工处理破碎带、超前钻孔管棚支护、固结灌浆3个处理方案实施的可行性,重点对该工程所选定的化学材料和水泥组合固结灌浆处理方案进行了介绍,此方案实现了TBM快速脱困,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
This article describes the treatment of the first domestic-made double-shield TBM in the poor geological area of the Lanzhou water source project.According to the surrounding rock conditions and equipment performance,the feasibility of the three treatment schemes,i.e.TBM backward manual treatment of the broken zone,advanced drilling pipe shed support,and consolidation grouting,is analyzed and compared,with emphasis on the consolidation grouting of selected chemical materials and cement which realizes the quick relief of TBM and provides a reference for similar projects.
