A Preliminary Study on the Adaptability of New Infrastructure REITs Regulations to PPP Projects

经过多年来的快速发展,中国基础设施项目已进入存量时代,其中PPP项目已达到了万亿元级别的规模,为解决PPP项目重资产、高负债的困境,中国证监会、国家发展改革委联合出台基础设施REITS相关政策。文章基于最新投资数据,就基础设施REITs新规与PPP项目结合的适应性进行初步分析探讨。

After years of rapid development,China's infrastructure projects have entered the era of stock,among which PPP projects have reached a trillion-level scale.In order to solve the problem of heavy assets and high liabilities of PPP projects,the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued policies REITS related to infrastructure.Based on the latest investment data,the paper conducts a preliminary analysis and discussion on the adaptability of the combination of new infrastructure REITs regulations and PPP projects.
