Analysis and Evaluation of Social Benefits of Family Farm under the Rural ReviTalization Strategy——Based on Empirical Test of 1,811 Municipal Family Farm

家庭农场是有效带动农业延伸产业链、拓展供应链、提升价值链的新型农业经营主体,在振兴乡村产业、助力脱贫攻坚等方面扮演了重要角色。对贵州省铜仁市家庭农场社会效益进行调查分析,为该地区家庭农场发展效益综合评价提供智慧支撑与决策依据。采用有序Logit回归模型,对铜仁市2013-2018年1811个市级家庭农场社会效益进行实证检验,得出:(1)市级示范性家庭农场的认定情况构成了影响家庭农场社会效益的关键核心变量,影响非常显著。(2)政府扶持力度、农场经营时间、自有资金充足程度、家庭劳动力、生产经营规模共同形成了影响家庭农场社会效益的重要因素。(3)提倡优秀农村青壮年经营管理家庭农场、积极培育提升农场主专业知识水平、逐步改善交通等基础设施、加大金融机构支持力度,能有效促进家庭农场社会效益的行业认可度和社会影响力。为提升家庭农场社会效益,需要培育典型、塑造家庭农场的“示范性”,集聚资源、发展家庭农场的“融合性”,联结利益、提升家庭农场的“效益性”。

Family Farm is a new type of agricultural operation entity that can effectively promote the extension of the agricultural industrial chain,expand the supply chain and upgrade the value chain,and it has played an important role in revitalizing rural industries and poverty alleviation.This paper investigates and analyzes the Social Benefits of Family Farms in Tongren city,Guizhou province,so as to provide intelligent support and decision basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the development benefits of Family Farms in this area.Empirical test was conducted on the Social Benefits of 1811 municipal Family Farms from 2013 to 2018 in Tongren city by adopting the ordered Logit regression model.The results showed:First of all,the identification of demonstration Family Farms at the municipal level constitutes a key core variable affecting the Social Benefits of Family Farms,which has a significant impact.Secondly,government support,time of farm operation,sufficient degree of self-owned capital,family labor force and scale of production and operation all form important factors that affect Social Benefits of Family Farm.At the same time,the industry recognition and social influence that can effectively promote the Social Benefits of Family Farms can be achieved by advocating outstanding rural youth to operate and manage Family Farms,actively cultivating and improving farmers’professional knowledge,gradually improving the infrastructure such as transportation,and increasing the support of financial institutions.
