安顺市林业产业发展现状与对策

Analyzes on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Forestry Industry Development in Anshun

贵州省三大战略实施以来,全省各地高度重视林业经济发展,并取得一定的成效。在深入实施三大战略的推动下,安顺市林业经济发展虽然有所提升,但从“十三五”期间林业产业增长速度、林业产业规模、主要林产品和特色林产品的生产等方面来看,安顺市林业经济发展效果不显著。基于此,文章以统计年鉴、第四次全国经济普查及第四次森林资源二类调查数据为依据,从林地资源、林产品、涉林企业、林业产业产值等方面对安顺市林业产业的现状和特点进行分析,并着重梳理了安顺在发展林业产业经济中存在的突出问题,从集体林权改革、延伸林业产业链、推动林业主体多元化等方面提出建议,以期为安顺乃至全省发展林业产业经济提供借鉴和参考。

Since the implementation of the three major strategies in Guizhou Province,all parts of the province have attached great importance to the development of forestry economy and have achieved certain results.However,in terms of the growth rate of the forestry industry,the scale of the forestry industry,and the production of main forest products and characteristic forest products during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,the effect of forestry economic development is not significant.This paper is based on data from the Statistical Yearbook,the Fourth National Economic Census,and the Fourth Type II Forest Resources Survey and Analyzes the current status and characteristics of Anshun’s forestry industry in terms of forest land resources,forest products,forest-related enterprises,and forestry industry output value,etc.And focuses on combing the outstanding problems of Anshun in the development of the forestry industry economy,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of collective forest rights reform,extending the forestry industry chain,and promoting the diversification of forestry subjects.Finally,we wish that we can give a view to Anshun and even the province that it can Provide reference and reference for developing forestry industry economy.
