含聚氨酯充填陷落柱采空区自燃数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章采用计算流体力学数值模拟对含陷落柱采空区与聚氨酯修复采空区自燃发展规律进行研究。含陷落柱采空区漏风由工作面流向陷落柱内。聚氨酯修复陷落柱内漏风量显著降低,风流绕过修复后陷落柱。含陷落柱采空区氧化带区域在陷落柱范围扩大,聚氨酯修复陷落柱采空区窒息带范围扩大。含陷落柱采空区内火区蔓延速度更快,范围更大,聚氨酯修复陷落柱采空区火区蔓延速度降低,火区面积缩小40%。含陷落柱采空区自燃产生CO气体浓度大于不含陷落柱采空区,聚氨酯修复采空区CO气体浓度显著高于含陷落柱采空区与不含陷落柱采空区,CO达到沿空留巷时间显著缩短。 In this paper,the law of spontaneous combustion development in goaf with collapse column and restored Goaf with polyurethane is studied by computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation.The air leakage in the goaf with subsided column flows from the working face to the subsided column.The amount of air leakage in the caved column repaired by Polyurethane is obviously reduced,and the air flow bypasses the caved column repaired.The area of oxidation zone in goaf containing collapse column is enlarged in the area of collapse column,and the area of suffocation zone in goaf repaired by polyurethane is enlarged.The spreading speed of the fire area in the mined-out area with collapse column is faster and wider,the spreading speed of the fire area in the mined-out area with collapse column repaired by polyurethane is lower,and the fire area is reduced by 40%.The concentration of CO gas produced by spontaneous combustion in goaf with collapse column is higher than that in goaf without collapse column,and the concentration of CO gas in Goaf with polyurethane is significantly higher than that in Goaf with collapse column and goaf without collapse column,the time of gob-side entry retaining achieved by CO is remarkably shortened.
