老年瘙痒症是多种疾病导致的一种老年人瘙痒症状,并非是一种特定疾病。老年瘙痒症是多个系统复杂交互的结果,其发病机制包括性激素水平变化、免疫系统的“炎性衰老”、皮肤细菌感染及优势菌群变化、外周及中枢神经病变、慢性病所致代谢异常和长期用药的不良反应、负面情绪的协同作用等方面。

Senile pruritus is a symptom of elderly pruritus caused by many diseases,rather a specific disease.Senile pruritus is the result of the multiple system complex interactions,its pathogenesis including sex hormone levels change,inflammageing of the immune system,skin bacterial infections and changes in dominant flora,the peripheral and central nervous lesion,metabolic abnormalities caused by chronic diseases,long-term drug adverse reactions,and the synergy of negative emotions,etc.
