镍基/功能性碳纳米管对尿素电氧化的电催化活性的研究

摘要 为了改善直接尿素燃料电池的性能,比较了3种表面官能化的碳纳米管对尿素电化学氧化的影响。结果表明,碳纳米管的表面官能团以及掺杂的非金属元素B对镍基电催化剂的电催化性能有很大的影响。3种碳纳米管对电催化活性的影响顺序为:OH-MWCNTs>NH2-MWCNTs>N-MWCNTs。非晶态NixB/OH-MWCNTs电催化剂在尿素的电氧化中表现出高催化性能,其循环伏安曲线的峰值电流密度为109.09 mA·cm^-2,是Ni/OH-MWCNTs电极的2倍。这可能是由于Ni和B之间的相互作用,引起Ni晶格参数的变化,从而增强了催化剂的抗中毒性能并提高了催化剂的活性。 To improve the performance of the direct urea fuel cells,the influence of three surface-functionalized carbon nanotubes on the electrochemical oxidation of urea were investigated.The results show that the surface functional groups on carbon nanotubes and the doped non-metallic element B have great influence on the electrocatalytic performance of nickel-based electrocatalysts,which is in the order of OHMWCNTs>NH2-MWCNTs>N-MWCNTs.The amorphous NixB/OH-MWCNTs electrocatalyst exhibits higher catalytic performance in the process of urea electrooxidation.The peak current density in cyclic voltammetry curve amounts to 109.09 mA·cm^-2,which is double of the Ni/OH-MWCNTs electrode.This phenomenon may be due to the interaction between Ni and B,which causes the variation in the lattice parameters of Ni,thus enhancing the anti-poisoning properties of the catalyst and,therefore,improving the activity of the catalyst.
