摘要
在新时期的高校图书馆管理工作中,管理人员越来越注重服务管理工作,树立以读者为中心的理念。大流通服务模式已在高校图书馆管理中得到了有效应用,这一模式将馆藏、借阅、阅读、自习和休闲进行了有效融合,为读者提供了很多便利,在一定程度上提升了高校图书馆的服务品位。因此,在大流通背景下,管理部门需要树立现代创新管理理念,提升图书馆管理水平。论文主要针对大流通背景下的图书馆流通部的创新管理进行了分析。
In the new era,in the management work of university library,managers pay more and more attention to service management work and establish the concept of readers as the center.The big circulation service mode has been effectively applied in the management of university library.This mode effectively integrates collections,borrowing,reading,self-study and leisure,and provides a lot of convenience for readers,which improves the service quality of university library to a certain extent.Therefore,under the background of big circulation,the management department needs to establish modern innovative management concept and improve the management level of library.This paper mainly analyzes the innovation and management of library circulation section under the background of big circulation.
