摘要 当前时代是知识经济的时代,企业要想实现长久稳定的发展就需要依靠知识型员工,这是未来时代竞争的焦点。当前时代知识型员工培训管理的优势逐渐凸显,但是在培训的过程中也反映出了一系列的问题,需要管理者从培训制度、培训方法上进行创新,激发学员的兴趣,以此不断提高培训管理的效率。论文主要对知识型员工进行概述,分析其培训管理过程中存在的问题,并提出了具体的解决措施。 The current era is the era of knowledge economy.If enterprises want to achieve long-term and stable development,they need to rely on knowledge workers,which is the focus of competition in the future era.In the current era,the advantages of the training management of knowledge workers are gradually highlighted,but a series of problems are also reflected in the training process,which requires managers to innovate from the training system and training methods to stimulate the interest of students,so as to continuously improve the efficiency of training management.This paper mainly summarizes the knowledge workers,analyzes the problems existing in the process of their training management,and puts forward specific solutions.
