摘要
论文在阐述工程项目风险内涵及特征、工程项目风险的分类、工程项目风险管理过程的基础上,提出风险控制流程与方法,进一步分析风险控制策略。
Based on the description of the connotation and characteristics of project risk,the classification of project risk,and the process of project risk management,the paper puts forward the process and method of risk control,and further analyzes the risk control strategy.
