摘要
近年来,市场营销业务在线上得到了拓展,为各个行业的发展提供了技术支持,咖啡行业也不例外。因此,咖啡企业需要明确自身的营销定位,根据大数据时代要求引进先进的营销策略。基于此,论文介绍了大数据时代营销活动与传统营销策略的差异,分析了咖啡行业营销定位,总结了大数据时代咖啡行业营销策略,以提高顾客的满意度。
In recent years,marketing business has been expanded online,providing technical support for the development of various industries,including coffee industry.Therefore,coffee enterprises need to define their own marketing positioning and introduce advanced marketing strategies according to the requirements of the big data era.Based on this,this paper introduces the differences between marketing activities in the big data era and traditional marketing strategies,analyzes the marketing positioning of the coffee industry,and summarizes the marketing strategies of the coffee industry in the big data era,so as to improve customer satisfaction.
