摘要
在现代化社会的发展中,人民群众的生活质量在不断提升,科学技术在人民群众日常生活中的重要性日益显现出来,越来越多的先进技术融入各个行业的发展中。现阶段,食品安全问题逐渐成为人民群众关注的重点问题,为了确保食品的安全性,相关部门需要引进现代化技术,有效地把控食品的安全指标。论文主要针对液质联用技术在食品安全检测中的应用及优化进行了分析,以期对食品安全检测水平的提高有所助益。
In the development of modern society,people's quality of life is constantly improving.The importance of science and technology in people's daily life is increasingly apparent.More and more advanced technologies are integrated into the development of various industries.At this stage,food safety problem has gradually become a key problem of concern to the people.In order to ensure food safety,relevant departments need to introduce modern technology to effectively control food safety indicators.This paper mainly analyzes the application and optimization of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in food safety inspection,so as to help improve the level of food safety inspection.
