摘要
传统意义上的城市供水调度系统是以人工经验决策、传统的通讯方式发布指令,SCADA数据难以系统全面地反映水力状态,人工经验可继承性差,指令发布难以追溯统计,存在供水调度不精准、能源浪费问题。为此,论文设计了一个城市供水优化调度方案,以人工智能AILab算法库为核心,通过搭建水司调度中心大数据网络平台、构建城市供水优化调度模型框架以及对泵设备的能源优化,从而实现城市供水调度系统的高效、智能以及节能目标。
In the traditional sense,urban water supply dispatching system uses manual experience to make decisions and traditional communication methods to issue instructions.SCADA data is difficult to systematically and comprehensively reflect the hydraulic state.The inheritance of manual experience is poor,and instruction release is difficult to trace and statistics.There are existing problems of inaccurate water supply dispatching and energy waste.To this end,this paper designs an urban water supply optimal dispatching scheme,which takes the artificial intelligence AILab algorithm library as the core,through constructing the dispatching center big data network platform in water supply company,constructing the urban water supply optimal dispatching model framework and optimizing the energy of the pump equipment,so as to achieve the goal of high efficiency,intelligence and energy-saving of the urban water supply dispatching system.
