安全稳定控制系统在海南昌江核电的应用

摘要 采用安全稳定控制装置及切机、切负荷等紧急控制措施,确保电网在发生概率较低的严重故障时能继续保持稳定运行是电网的第二道防线。由于海南昌江核电在海南电网容量占比很大,对于海南电网稳定性的影响也较大。文章针对海南昌江核电的特点,介绍了海南昌江核电安全稳定控制系统的策略,并对安全稳定控制系统动作后对海南电网的影响进行分析。 The second line of defense of the power grid refers to the use of safety and stability control devices and emergency control measures such as machine and load shedding to ensure that the power grid can continue to maintain stable operation in the event of a serious failure with a low probability.As Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power accounts for a large proportion of Hainan Power Grid capacity,it had a greater impact on the stability of Hainan Power Grid.According to the characteristics of Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power,the strategy of Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power′s safety and stability control system was introduced,and the impact of the safety and stability control system on Hainan Power Grid after the operation of the safety and stability control system was analyzed.
